during thanksgiving break, saturday, november 21 to friday, november 27, students are able to work up to 40 hours within the week.
during fall 2020 remote learning, november 28 to december 11, students are limited to work no more than 20 hours within each work week.
due to federal regulation, the financial aid office will continue to monitor hours worked during scheduled class time. if you are working during when you would typically be in class, please add a comment on your timecard.
student employees engaging in high risk activities during the break, including travel to high risk areas or attending local gatherings involving others from high risk areas or symptomatic students will be required to test before returning to their on-campus employment position. these students will need to schedule on-campus testing (if asymptomatic) or at the student wellness center (if symptomatic). students may schedule a test at the student wellness center by calling 970.644.3740 ext. #4. campus testing results should be available within 24 hours of testing and can be scheduled at primarybio.com/a/cmu or by emailing email@example.com. off-campus testing results may take longer and the student should not be scheduled until their negative results are available.
